  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Send your item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
